Name Brands Direct Inc is a family ran business located in Del City, Oklahoma which is a suburb of Oklahoma City. Established in 2002 by the current owner, it is a very stable company that operates on good business principals and friendly customer service. It's primary business is the development and operation of retail commerce websites.

We have maintained a very high level of business ethics over the last 10 years and have an exemplary business record. We are listed with Duns & Bradstreet, registered with the CCR (Central Contractors Registration) for selling to the federal government, have a clean BBB (Better Business Bureau) file and can provide excellent credit references from several national and global vendors.

     We have a dedicated customer service team that is very knowledgeable about our product lines. Our least senior employee has been with the company for over 5 years and a few have been with the company since the beginning. We pride ourselves on our customer service record with over 60,000 happy customers, we must be doing something right. Our company motto is "Take care of the customers and the sales take care of themselves" so you will never get a high pressure sales pitch when doing business with us.

     The privacy and security of our customers personal and financial information is one of our key objectives. When an employee is hired they undergo extensive training on our security protocols as well as a comprehensive background check before they are allowed anywhere near a customers private information. Our websites are hosted on Yahoo! servers, one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world. We also contract with McAfee to conduct an intensive daily scan of our websites to ensure that there is no way criminals can access private information. The "certified by McAfee" seal is on every single page of our websites that shows the last scan date.  In 10 years and millions of website hits we have never been hacked or had our customers data compromised.

     Currently we have two commerce websites. The first sells medical equipment and related supplies, the second sells premium outdoor furniture. Starting in 2011 we began a program of expansion and redevelopment plans that included a complete website redesign of the medical equipment website and the development of a new website specializing in outdoor furniture. Future plans include developing new websites and product lines using the same business structure that has been so successful for us over the last 10 years.

A large portion of our products ship directly from our vendors to the customers front door. This is commonly referred to as "direct shipping" or "drop-shipping" and it allows us to offer the best prices possible to our customers. It saves the cost of shipping it to our warehouse, cost of inventory and that savings is passed on to our customers in the form of lower overall prices. This is becoming the standard method of doing business in this day and age. Most of our vendors have streamlined their shipping operations to accommodate drop shipping. An order placed with us during business hours is usually processed and in the shippers hands within minutes and over 90% of our orders are shipped the same day we receive them.
